In March 2018 Jonathan Jones HMI said this is relation to a question around seclusion “. Ofsted published guidance for inspectors in March 2018 this guidance is called, ‘Positive environments where children can flourish, a guide for inspectors about physical intervention and restrictions of liberty’. This guidance applies to all social care inspections and to the inspection of schools.”
